The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-and-two-half-bathroom house at 16750 Berkshire Court in Southwest Ranches, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.85 million Broward County home saw a $350,000, or 11 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.965 million when it hit the market in May 2010. The price was previously cut to $3.2 million just last week. The 9,286-square-foot home sits on a 99,484-square-foot lot and has a pool, 16-seat theater, four-car garage, half-court basketball court, library and billiard room. Joe Caprio of Joe Caprio & Co.
