PB’s 254 Jungle Road demolition set

The demolition application for Palm Beach’s 254 Jungle Road has been
approved, after an application was sent to the town’s Architectural
Commission without a photo. ARCOM Chairman Jeff Smith was not happy with
the process, which usually requires photos in the applications for
projects for which demolition is sought. “For all I know, we could be
tearing down the White House,” Smith said. “I’ve never seen a demolition
request without a photo. I’m shocked.” According to Town Planner John
Lindgren, the accompanying photo is implied with each application, but
that will be clarified for future applicants. [Palm
