The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom single-family home at 140 Paloma Drive in Aventura, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.99 million home saw a $500,000, or 11 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.99 million when it hit the market in June 2005. The 6,203-square-foot unit is listed by Teresita Bernace of Shelton and Stewart Realtors. Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs.
