Mayor endorses Brickell CitiCentre

Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado has endorsed the planned six-tower Brickell
CitiCentre project by developer Swire Properties. “Brickell CitiCentre
has the potential to be an anchor for downtown Miami, bringing major
retailers and an economic boost to the heart of our city,” Regalado
said. The project, which is designed by global firm Arquitectonica,
which is based in Coconut Grove, is planned as one of the largest urban,
mixed-use projects that is registered under the LEED for Neighborhood
Development project. “Brickell CitiCentre will be a gamechanger for
