South Florida spends most on rent

South Florida has the most renter households spending more than half of
their incomes in housing, according to a study released this week by
Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing Studies. According to the report, 34
percent of households in the tri-county area spent more than half of
their gross pay on rent and utilities in 2009, which is the most recent
