Palm Beach home sale nets $29.1M

A home at 40 Blossom Way in Palm Beach has sold for $29.15 million, the
largest home sale this year in the town. The six-bedroom home with 190
feet of ocean frontage was sold to a trust by the estate of C. Graham
Berwind, who died in November. Cristina Condon of Sotheby’s
International Realty represented the seller, and Lawrence Moens
represented the undisclosed buyer. The 11,142-square-foot house, which
was built in 1988, was listed for $36 million. The previous largest sale
in 2011 was 102
Canterbury Road, which sold five weeks ago. [Palm
