The priciest South Florida home to hit the market today is a seven-bedroom, six-bathroom single-family house at 330 Harbor Drive in Key Biscayne that’s listed for $9.95 million, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The 8,604-square-foot, Miami-Dade County home, which was built in 1996, sits on a 23,772-square-foot, waterfront lot, which includes a pool. Property records show that home belongs to Raul E. Valdes-Fauli, who appears to be the deceased Cuban-American attorney whose son, Raul J. Valdes-Fauli, is now the South Florida President of CNL Bank. Jorge Uribe of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
