Developer Wexford’s University of Miami Life Science and Technology Park
has finalized its lease with intellectual property law firm Novak Druce
+ Quigg. The firm is placing a new Miami office in the first phase of
the park, which is a 252,000-square-foot facility. The park has now
pre-leased more than 40 percent of the first phase, which is called the
Innovation Center. Novak Druce also has offices in Houston, Washington,
D.C., San Francisco and West Palm Beach. “As the [park] and the broader
Miami Health District continues to evolve into an international research
and development destination, tenants like Novak Druce will help build
the commercial infrastructure that will ultimately transform this area
into a self-sustaining cluster of innovation and commercialization.” TRD
