600 Brickell signs first tenant

Foram Group has landed its first tenant at 600 Brickell, the 40-story office tower slated for completion this summer. Crédit Agricole Private Banking Miami has signed on to take the entire 37th floor of the 600,000-square-foot tower, which is around 20,137 square feet, for 12 years beginning in November. Noel Steinfeld and Chris Dekker of CB Richard Ellis, the firm that represented Foram in the deal, said interest has been high in the LEED Platinum-certified property. Ellis is also the on-site property manager.Crédit Agricole was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Glenn Gregory. Foram recently received a $130 million shot in the arm from Magic Johnson-backed investment firm Canyon Capital Realty Advisors, which is providing the financing to finish construction of the building.
