Opera Place set for auction

West Palm Beach’s Opera Place condominium, which was never built, is set
for auction today. There are two judgments against the property worth
$400,000, and two former sales associates of the project are the ones
enforcing their judgments against the site’s developer, leading to the
auction. According to associate Tim Harris, more than 300
pre-construction sales were made, although the project was canceled as
