Pompano Highlands has seen the worst price declines in Broward and Palm Beach counties over the last year, according to the video above. From once having prices starting at $250,000, the 33064 zip code now has the most foreclosures in South Florida. The 50-year-old community saw its median home value fall 36.5 percent in February, according to Zillow.com. From 2005 to last year, prices in the zip code fell 68.6 percent. [Sun Sentinel]
