The priciest South Florida home to hit the market today is a six-bedroom, six-and-two-half-bathroom house at 755 N. Ocean Boulevard in Delray Beach that’s listed for $7.5 million, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The 8,959-square-foot, Palm Beach County home was built in 1992 and sits on a 40,400-square-foot, oceanfront lot and features 23-foot ceilings, four cooking areas, a new exercise gym and a three-car air-conditioned garage. It last changed hands for $5.8 million in 2004, public records show. Wendy Overton of the Corcoran Group has the listing.
