Riverside Drive in Jupiter that’s listed for $5.5 million, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The 9,378-square-foot, Palm Beach County home was built in 2003 and sits on a 37,163-square-foot, waterfront lot and features a six-car air-conditioned garage, pool, media and exercise rooms and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house. The property last changed hands for $1.155 million in 2002, public records show. Jaye Parker of Water Pointe Realty has the listing.
