Amadeus hires Stiles for $5M buildout

Stiles Construction has been selected for the $5 million tenant buildout project at the new 105,000-square-foot Amadeus North America headquarters in Miami, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The new facility, at 3470 N.W. 82nd Avenue, will contain a service call center, laboratories and a customer training centers for the travel technology company. Among the planned features of the space, which is being designed by Wolfberg Alvarez Architecture and Engineering and Ponch Herrera of P2 Interiors: white glass floors, custom wood millwork and a illuminated back painted glass with LED light coves. The project, which kicked off last month, will also focus on hurricane protection and is expected to be wrapped up by August. [SFBJ]
