May 23, 2011 09:21AM

After a sluggish 2009 and a year of adjustment in 2010, home sales in the town of Palm Beach have been strong this year. Seven Palm Beach homes or sites have been sold for prices of $17 million or more, according to data from the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office. “This season has been a very good sign that we’re getting back to normal after a few bumpy years,” said Palm Beach Board of Realtors President Jeffrey Cloninger of Jeffrey A. Cloninger and Associates. “I think that in all, we’ve seen extraordinarily good buys at every price.” There have also been a number of sales over the $10 million mark in the last month, including 326 Via Linda and 101 El Mirasol. The sale of 40 Blossom Way for $29.1 million was the largest in the town this year. [Palm Beach Daily News]
