“Project Runway” star buys at SoBe’s Boulan

Irina Shabayeva, of “Project Runway” season six fame, has purchased a condo at the Boulan South Beach in Miami, the New York Daily News reported. The 52-unit building, which contains one- and two-bedroom units ranging in price from $400,000 to $4 million, was originally called the Parc Place South Beach Residences. Sales launched at the end of January with sales averaging $790 per square foot, according to brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. “I bought at Boulan South Beach because of its amazing location and incredible value,” Shabayeva said. “I like the overall boutique feel of the property.
