Sunny Isles condominium breaks $1,000 per square foot

The sale of a condominium at Jade Ocean in Sunny Isles was the highest
recorded MLS sale measured by price per-square-foot in Sunny Isles,
according to MC2 realty. The penthouse at Jade Ocean, which sold for
$3.25 million, sold for an average of $1,020 per square foot, a record
for Sunny Isles Beach. “The market is definitely heating up right now,”
said Marie-Charlotte Piro, vice president of MC2 Realty. The
three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence has 3,200 square
