Fort Lauderdale site sells for $4.5M

A 70,000-square-foot industrial building in Fort Lauderdale has been
sold for $4.5 million, with buyer Good Roads set to occupy 50,000 square
feet at the site. The seller was Nat and Sam Butters, who were
represented by Cushman & Wakefield. “We’ve seen a significant
increase in industrial sales activity in Broward County, and with that
market picking up, this property received a great deal of interest from
investors and users alike,” said Chris Metzger, who was part of the
Cushman team. Two tenants are currently occupying the remaining 20,000
square feet in the building, which is located at 3600 Northwest 54th
Street. TRD
