Moss gets $100M contract for casino

Moss/Anderson has been awarded a $100 million contract for the
renovation and expansion of the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino, with
construction already underway. The project will add 45,700 square feet
to the casino, along with renovations of the existing 40,000-square-foot
space. It will also build a new seven-level parking garage, along with
retail and restaurant areas. Moss/Anderson plans to get the garage LEED
Silver certified. TRD
