Bank of America forecloses on building with branch location

Bank of America has foreclosed on a building containing one of its
branches in Boynton Beach. The bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit May 17
against One Boynton concerning a $7.5 million mortgage from 2007. The
21,552-square-foot building located at 114 North Federal Highway has
Bank of America as its main tenant. One Boynton acquired the property
six years ago for $9 million. [SFBJ]
