Boozer buys at SoBe’s Bath Club

Chicago Bulls forward Carlos Boozer has purchased a 4,135-square-foot unit at the Residences at the Bath Club, at 5959 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Boozer, who took out a $1.76 million mortgage with Charles Schwab Bank, signed the deal at the end of March. Last year, he sold his home in Coconut Grove for $5.5 million. He has also previously owned a 25th floor condo at Jade Brickell, which he sold in 2006. [SFBJ]
