Plans unveiled for James Miami

The first renderings have been revealed for the James Miami hotel, which
is set for opening in 2012. The hotel, which is managed
by Denihan Hospitality, is still called the Royal Palm as it
undergoes a renovation. The Royal Palm was purchased by Sunstone Hotel
Investors, an Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based firm, for
$126.1 million in a bankruptcy auction. Currently, room rates at
the Royal Palm are just $149.25 during the summer, and $200 per night on
