Crocker Partners has purchased the 420,080-square-foot SunTrust
International Center in Miami, sources said. The building, which is owned by
Guggenheim Real Estate and Stiles, was sold for about $195 per square
foot, or $80 million. “It represents the growing confidence investors
have in the downtown Miami office market,” said Jay Caplin, a managing
partner Steelbridge Capital, though he was not familiar with the deal. [SFBJ]
