SF’s most expensive town: Palmetto Bay

Palmetto Bay is the most expensive town in Florida, according to data
from Coldwell Banker Real Estate. The company’s Home Listing Report
says Palmetto Bay had an average sales price of $449,353. The least
expensive town in all of the state, according to the report, is
Hastings, with an average sales price of $74,910. Boca Raton was fifth
on the list, with Jupiter in eighth place and Delray Beach in ninth
place. “Depending on what amenities a buyer is looking for and the
neighborhood of the home, prices can fluctuate in certain areas,” said
