Marty Arrivo joins Robert K. Futterman

Marty Arrivo has joined Robert K. Futterman and Associates as a senior
managing director handling tenant and landlord representation. Arrivo
most recently handled leasing at the Delray Marketplace, a
275,000-square-foot mixed-use center set to break ground this summer.
Arrivo was formerly a leasing representative at Kite Realty Group Trust,
where had had led the company’s largest regional asset portfolio since
2005. He began his career with Lauth Property Group. “I am excited to
join RKF and its team of highly specialized retail industry
professionals,” Arrivo said. RKF’s Miami office opened in April. — Alexander Britell
