More than 25 new tenants are on their way to opening up at the Sawgrass
Mills mall, as the largest outlet mall in the country works to expand
its luxury wing. New tenants slated to join the mall include DKNY
Company Store, Original Penguin and Coach Mens Factory. According to
Gregg Goodman, president of Sawgrass Mills, the mall has consistently
shown “double digit” sales gains in the recession. “Sawgrass Mills never
had a dip, it’s really quite amazing,” he said. “The beauty of this
project is no matter who you are everyone today wants a bargain.” The
expansion of the mall’s luxury wing will include retailers like Prada,
Giorgio Armani General Store and Zegna Outlet, which will be relocating
from within the mall to larger spaces. [Miami
