The priciest new listing to hit the market today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom two-story penthouse condominium in the Alexander building at 5225 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach that’s listed for $4.9 million, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The 7,300-square-foot, Miami Dade County waterfront property was built in 1962. The condo features a private roof-top terrace, Shabbat elevator and staff quarters. The building has two heated pools, a Jacuzzi and fitness center. Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker has the listing which was previously listed last year. Tova Leidesdorf, the former Miss Israel, is the seller.
