Condo parties continue with Nikki Beach party at Vizcayne

The trend of lavish condominium parties continued as nightclub Nikki
Beach ran a party for the Vizcayne condo in downtown Miami, which is
currently being marketed by the International Sales Group. See more in the photos by Amy Ramirez above. The Real Deal was on the scene as attendees
included ISG principals Philip Spiegelman and Craig Studnicky, who
recently joined with Related’s Jorge Perez to form Related
ISG. Vizcayne was formerly known as the Everglades on the Bay. The
project secured
