The estate of late Standard Oil heiress and conservationist Frances Archbold Hufty has sold her the red-brick home at 330 Island Road for a record $6.9 million, the Palm Beach Daily News reported.

The property, built in 1939, has 190 feet of waterfront on the Intracoastal Waterway and offers views of the Everglades Golf Course to the north.

Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer, listed on the trustee’s deed as Milan E.A.T. LLC, and the seller.

The new owners plan to renovate the house, the Daily News said, which has not been designated a landmark.
