Insurance firm signs at Boca Center Tower

Insurance Group Services has signed an 11,731-square-foot lease at the
Boca Center Tower II, according to Colliers International South Florida.
Colliers senior vice president Robert Lostokin and senior commercial
associate Sal Bonsignore represented the tenant in the deal. “Boca
Center Towers was a desirable option for IGS, as their new space
required a minimal amount of reconfiguring to accommodate their needs,”
Bonsignore said. “The various amenities offered at this mixed-use
property, including convenience to restaurants and retail, was also very
