WPB to get new seafood spot

Taking the space of the former Ray’s Downtown Blues on the 500
block of Clematis Street in West Palm Beach will be seafood restaurant
Longboards. The space features a 75-foot longboard as a centerpiece, and
will be open July 2. The success of the Clematis
Street district has led a number of other South Florida towns to
look to West Palm Beach as a model for the enhancement of downtown
