Delray lot sold for dealership

An undisclosed buyer has purchased a four-acre lot in Delray Beach for
$1.45 million, intending to use it for a car dealership. The seller of
the lot, which is located at 2419-2605 North Federal Highway, was FL-PB
Park Place. It is north of a nearby Maroone Volkswagen dealer. Six years
ago, the site was approved for a mixed-use development. Scott
O’Donnell, senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis, represented FL-PB
