Values fall in Seaside of Juno Beach

The small neighborhood of Seaside in Juno Beach has just 16 homes, and
two are in foreclosure, according to property information company
CoreLogic. But the median market value of a home in the area has fallen
from a peak of $766,838 in 2006 to $479,066 last year, a 37.5 percent
drop. There was only one sale in the area last year, for $620,000, and
another this year, for the same price. The peak individual sale price in
