Wendy’s moves HQ to Sunrise

Wendy’s International has moved its Latin American headquarters from
Latin America to Sunrise. The fast-food chain will move to 11,000 square
feet of space at the Indian Trace Commons building at 1398 SW 160th
Avenue, a building developed by Ross Realty Investments in 2009. “We are
pleased that Wendy’s has chosen to bring their Latin American and
Florida corporate headquarters to Sunrise,” said Ray Ferrero, chairman
of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance CEO Council and chancellor of
Nova Southeastern University. [SFBJ]
