French designer store Louis Vuitton has opened in the Aventura Mall, three months after it announced it was opening a location in the city to replace its former home in Bal Harbor. According to the South Florida Business Journal, its current space is only temporary; a permanent storefront will become available for the label in the fall of 2012.
“The permanent location will offer a much larger retail experience than ever before to Louis Vuitton’s Miami customers, with an internal grand staircase linking two floors, and a prominent exterior facade,” the company said in a news release.
Louis Vuitton has six other South Florida locations, as well as stores in Naples, Tampa and Jacksonville. [SFBJ]
