Publix buys Brickell shopping center

Publix has paid $15.4 million for the shopping center it anchors at
Brickell Village in Miami. The 39,000-square-foot shopping center is
located at 134 Southwest 13th Street. The sellers were Brickell 13 and
Brickell Parking 26, according to public records. The center, which has
four tenants and is completely occupied, is anchored by the Publix
location, which is one of the company’s strongest performers. The
sellers were represented by BayBridge Capital Advisors’ Adam Greenberg
and Michael Lapointe. [SFBJ]
