Orozco failed to inform the Internal Revenue Service of more than $3.2 million in cash wages, according to the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

Court documents say Orozco admitted that, between 2004 and 2007, he issued corporate checks to corporations, which were not legitimate subcontractors. He then proceeded to cash the checks himself to pay his employees. [SFBJ]
