Plans for Central Gardens, a luxury condominium complex in Palm Beach
Gardens, have been filed with city officials. The proposal for the
project, which would include 224 units, must be examined by city
officials and the city council before any development can begin on the
site, which is currently vacant. The city, which is considered Florida’s
golf capital and is the home of the PGA Village, saw a high-profile
transaction last month when Florida Power & Light purchased an
