Touring art collector Ella Fontanals-Cisneros’ $14.5M Coconut Grove penthouse

The Real Deal took a tour the Coconut Grove penthouse of renowned art collector Ella Fontanals-Cisneros, on the market for $14.5 million (see photos above by Amy Ramirez). The home, which is located in the Grovernor House condominium, has a 9,000-square-foot interior, along with a 2,700-square-foot rooftop terrace. Cisneros, who only began collecting art in 1999, quickly rose to global prominence with a home that boasts famous art works by Vik Muniz, John Baldessari and Olafur Eliasson, among others. The condo is listed by Mayi de la Vega of One Sotheby’s International Realty. — Alexander Britell
