Atlantic Pacific expands Florida portfolio

Atlantic Pacific Companies announced it had expanded its Florida
portfolio, following the purchase
of the Boca Colony Apartments in Boca Raton last week. In addition
to the Boca deal, the company’s COO, Randy Weisburd, was appointed
receiver for the Star Tower in Orlando, and Atlantic Pacific took over
property management at the Habana Plaza complex in Key West. Habana
Plaza consists of seven buildings in Key West’s New Town, with retail
and residential totaling more than 100,000 square feet. — Alexander Britell
