Following the news that Italian furniture firm Natuzzi Italia would be opening
a flagship gallery in Fort Lauderdale’s Galleria at Fort
Lauderdale, the company signed a lease in Aventura for a second
location, with another on the way. The Aventura deal is for 4,200 square
feet at 18101 Biscayne Boulevard, the Aventura Town Center. “We believe
the Aventura marketplace will be one of the strongest furniture markets
in South Florida for Italian quality goods,” said Kerry Newman, a
broker at Miami Beach-based Koniver Stern, who brokered the deal. [SFBJ]
