Sun Sentinel signs lease in Broward

The South Florida Sun-Sentinel has signed a lease at the Broward
Financial Centre for 30,000 square feet, in a contract that will begin
in 2012 and includes signage. The building includes several notable
tenants, including Fox Sports. The Sun-Sentinel has had offices at 200
East Las Olas Boulevard for more than two decades. Broward Financial
Centre was previously the home of Franklin Templeton Investments, which
signed a lease last year at 300 Las Olas Place. [SFBJ]
