Winn Dixie shopping center in foreclosure

Winn Dixie-anchored Miramar Parkway Plaza, a 155,336-square-foot shopping
center in Miramar, is now in a foreclosure action brought by FirstBank
Puerto Rico. The center, which was built-in 1973, is located at 3301,
3190, 3306 and 3353 South University Drive, at the corner of University
Drive and Miramar Parkway. Other tenants include McDonald’s, Family
Dollar, Foot Locker and AutoZone. [SFBJ]
