Buyers from Canada, England, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Brazil,
among others, have taken units at the One Thousand Ocean property in
Boca Raton, which has sold 75 percent of its 52 units as of last month.
“In addition to appealing to residents from Florida and feeder markets
in the Northeastern U.S., One Thousand Ocean is an international
building,” said Jamie Telchin, president of development for LXR Luxury
Resorts, the property’s developer. According to Telchin, one of the
building’s penthouse buyers was from Belgium. — Alexander Britell
