Conchita takes 60,000 square feet in Medley

Conchita Foods has signed a 10-year lease for 60,000 square feet at Flagler
Station Business Park in Medley. The new space is an expansion from
the 38,000 square feet the company currently holds in Medley. It will
relocate its warehouse, office and distribution operations to Flagler
Station, which is located at 10505 NW 112th Avenue in Medley. “Conchita
saw an opportunity to modernize their facility and expand their
warehouse operation while market conditions still favor the tenants,”
said Brian Smith, executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, which
represented Conchita in its site search and lease negotiations. Stuart
Gordon of Flagler Real Estate Services represented the owner in-house. — Alexander Britell
