West Palm Beach’s Esperante building, which was purchased by a CB
Richard Ellis real estate fund in late 2008, is starting to pay
dividends. The building signed three lease deals totaling 13,500 square
feet, lifting the Esperante’s occupancy up to 80 percent. The 17-story,
Class-A tower has a total of 246,000 square feet of space. “We went
head-to-head on all three deals, and we nabbed all three,” said Anthony
Librizzi, vice president at CB Richard Ellis brokerage. The building saw
more than $6 million in improvements in the last two years. [Palm
