Tossed opens first Florida location, in Boca Town Center

Fort Lauderdale-based salad restaurant Tossed will be opening its first
Florida location at the Cafes at Boca in Boca Town Center. The addition
is part of a redesign at the mall’s food court by owner Simon Property
Group. According to Jason Chodash, president of Tossed, Simon came to
him after seeing a Tossed location in Boston. “They loved the food, the
operation and the brand,” he said. “It was the perfect opportunity to
launch our nontraditional location.” [SFBJ]
