Law firm doubles its space at Fort Lauderdale’s 110 Tower

Atlanta-based law firm McCalla Raymer has doubled the space it’s going to occupy at 110 Tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale to 30,596 square feet, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The value of the lease is more than $5 million, according to Commercial Florida Realty Service, which represented McCalla Raymer in the deal.

“We knew the need to expand was likely to occur and that was one of the reasons 110 Tower was ultimately chosen,” said George Sacks, principal of CFRS.

The landlord, Genesis Capital Partners XI, was represented by Transwestern, which has leased 70 percent of the newly-renovated building. [SFBJ]
