Toscana Divino signs at Mary Brickell

Italian restaurant concept Toscano Divino is heading to Mary Brickell
Village, signing a 3,500-square-foot lease at the up-and-coming center.
Toscana Divino, which is based in Florence, is a venture between the
city of Florence and a limited liability company, Toscano Divino, led by
Stefano Cavinato. “This is our most prominent space,” said Kerry Newman
of Koniver Stern Group, who brokered the transaction. “We held it off
the market for a long time, and when Toscana Divino came to us, it was
what we were looking for to set us apart from other projects.” [SFBJ]
