Foreclosure for Las Flores office park

Fort Lauderdale-based BankAtlantic has filed a foreclosure lawsuit
against the owners of the Las Flores Center office condominium park in
Miami. The Miramar-based developer, Las Flores Land Investment, built
the project, which consists of two buildings, in 2010, but sold just
three units. Las Flores is located at 2600 NW 21st Terrace in Miami, and
88 units remain unsold. Some appear to be currently leased. [SFBJ]
